Intelligent Irrigation of 4000 acres of rice paddies, CHongming, Shanghai, China

Project location: Chongming Island, Shanghai (state-owned agricultural land)
Land area: 4000 acres
Planting subject: rice
Project Introduction: This intelligent irrigation project is located on Chongming Island in Shanghai, and belongs to state-owned agriculture. It grows rice and covers an area of about 4000 acres. The project aims to deploy an intelligent irrigation control system to automatically control the gate valve switch based on the rice field liquid level, while supporting remote control and on-site manual control, thereby reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
Equipment investment:
5 sets of GG-002D main controller
59 sets of 1WL1PH1V field controllers for monitoring 59pcs liquid level sensors
55 sets of MS4V field controllers for controlling electric 55 electric gate valves
12 sets of MS4V field controllers for controlling 12pcs 24V DC electric butterfly valves
3 sets of FMP field controllers for controlling pumps
131 sets of solar power supply systems (including rain proof boxesand batteries),
Auxiliary components such as uprights
System layout and principles:
The system adopts a layout that combines open and closed channels. Install electric gate valves and butterfly valves as control nodes at key water diversion wells, controlled by an intelligent controller provided by ANC. Each electric valve is equipped with a liquid level sensor in the rice field area to detect the water level in real time and transmit data to the controller. After analyzing the data, the controller automatically controls the switch of the corresponding electric gate valve or butterfly valve to accurately maintain the water level within the set range.
Control method:
Users can choose automatic control, remote control, or on-site manual control of valve switches according to their needs.
Energy and Communication:
The entire system is powered by solar green energy and equipped with energy storage batteries to ensure system working normally on rainy days, achieving no cable laying in the field. The field controllers communicate with main controllersthrough built-in bidirectional wireless, with a maximum control distance of 4000 meters. The main controller is connected to the user's mobile phone or computer through a 4G network, allowing the user to remotely view the system status and control field equipment anytime and anywhere, truly achieving agricultural irrigation automation.
