Project Introduction: The project is located in Baiyinhua Town, Wuqi, Xilingol League, Inner Mongolia. It is a green irrigation project within the Baiyinhua Mengdong Coal Industry Company's factory area. The green area of the factory mainly plants grass and shrubs, as well as a small number of landscape trees, covering an area of about 15 acres. Due to the soft geological conditions and poor water retention, it is necessary to spray several times a day to meet the growth needs of green crops. So the project aims to deploy an intelligent irrigation control system to enable administrators to remotely/timed control of water pumps and electromagnetic valve switches in various areas, achieving efficient control of park greening and watering while reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.


Equipment investment:

1 set of GG-002C main controller

17 MS4V field controllers for controlling 17 valves

2 FMP field controllers for controlling water pumps

20 sets of solar power supply systems (including rain proof boxes and energy storage batteries)

Accessories, including uprights, etc


System layout and control mode:

Due to the obstruction of the factory buildings and the installation of 17 valves, the location and quantity of valve controllers were determined after on-site testing of wireless signals. The extension can control timed irrigation locally or be uniformly controlled by the intelligent controller provided by ANC, even if there is a brief disconnection between the main controller and the field controller, it will not affect irrigation. Each region has its own timed irrigation schedule, irrigating three times a day. Administrators can also manually control irrigation at any time for the maintenance of green plants on site.


Energy and Communication:

The entire system is powered by solar green energy and equipped with energy storage batteries to ensure operation on rainy days, achieving zero cable laying for the entire irrigation canal. The field controller and the main controller use bidirectional wireless communication, with a maximum control distance of 4000 meters. The host is connected to the user's mobile phone or computer through a 4G network, allowing the user to remotely view the system status and control on-site devices anytime and anywhere, truly realizing the automation of garden greening irrigation.
