Answer:
If customer can't normally turn the LCD on, maybe the product was on the shelf for some time, the battery is low. Put the solar controller under sun for 2 to 3 hours, this will partially recharge the battery to turn the LCD on and provide normal operation, 10 hours under sun can fully recharge the battery.
