On December 4, in the afternoon, Jin Xian Xian NPC did investigation and study according to the current agriculture irrigation structure. There are total 372 irrigation zones including big ones and small ones, 1 big agriculture irrigation zone ( the area which is above one hundred thousand Mu. ), namely JinXianXian Jiangxi Fuping Irrigation Zone. 7 middle size irrigation zones,364 small size irrigation zones. The effective irrigation area is 542700 Mu. Ganfu irrigation zone, Yaqian irrigation zone, Zhongling irrigation zone and Yangtang irrigation zone had set up a management mechanism, tomanage the irrigation water and charge for the water using for the crop irrigation. In total, farmers should pay for the water whichis used in crop irrigation total RMB 3.064 million each year. About other irrigation zones, managed by the town or village themselves, farmers should not pay for the water self, but needs to share the cost of electronic charges.

If they choose an excellent irrigation control system, they can save much water and will be great for the environment, at the sametime, they can increase harvest of agricultural crops.
